What the Care Program Does
The Vantage Care Program is a preventative maintenance membership designed specifically for luxury awning systems. Depending on the tier you choose (Essential or Premium), our technicians visit your home 2 to 4 times a year to perform a comprehensive service protocol.
1. Professional Fabric Cleaning
Georgia pollen, dust, and bird droppings accumulate quickly. If left unchecked, these can degrade the fabric and invite mold growth. Our team uses specialized, awning-safe cleaning solutions to gently wash the fabric, restoring its vibrant color. (Note: Awnings should never be pressure washed, which can damage the waterproofing!).
2. Mechanical Lubrication
An awning relies on moving joints, articulating arms, and a powerful motor. Over time, friction and weather can cause these parts to squeak, bind, or wear prematurely. We apply specialized dry lubricants to all moving components, ensuring smooth, silent operation and reducing strain on the motor.
3. Operational & Hardware Inspection
During every visit, we perform a multi-point inspection. We check the structural mounting brackets, test the limit switches, inspect the motor function, and verify that the remote and sensors are operating correctly. Catching a loose bolt early prevents a catastrophic failure later.
